Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are airport parking charges included?

    Yes, parking charges are included in the price. However if you make a mistake with your arrival time and we incur extra parking costs these may be added on to your fare. So please check your flight details carefully. Please note this does not apply to delayed flights.
  • What happens if my return flight is delayed?

    We understand that flights are sometimes delayed and therefore monitor live flight updates to ensure we are there to meet you. There are no extra charges for delayed flights.
  • Can you supply child car/booster seats?

    Yes we can supply child car/booster seats. Please request when booking.
  • How will I find my driver at the airport?

    Your driver will be waiting at the prearranged meeting point with a board with your name on it.
  • Are your vehicles and drivers licensed?

    Yes all drivers are DBS checked and licensed by Lancaster city council. The Vehicles are also fully licensed and tested by Lancaster city council every six months.
  • what methods of payment are available?

    Cash is the preferred method of payment this is payable on the outward journey. We can also take payment via bank transfer, however this needs to be done a couple of days prior to your journey.
